Here are a couple of general suggestions you could implement: 

  1. Make sure your CV is well structured and easy to read. Include all the relevant information but be concise about it. We want to see your latest accomplishments, strengths, and skills and how those can be applied to a position at Medicus.
    2. We do not necessarily need a cover letter, but if you do send one, make sure it’s authentic and it expresses your motivation to work for Medicus AI. Show us you have done your research and that there are real reasons for being interested in joining us. 
  2. Do you have past projects to share? Include them as attachments or links to give us a better sense of your style.

In general, you only have to fill in/answer the questions that are obligatory. However, we would highly recommend and appreciate you answering as many questions as you can, as it increases your chances of being invited for an interview, and saves time in requesting additional information.

It is normal to be nervous but remember – if we have invited you to an interview, it’s because we think you could be the right person for the job. 

We might be able to grant you more time for the completion of the task, but this depends on the urgency of the specific position and the situation. Once you have received your test task, please try to evaluate the time needed and set the right expectations of deadlines in advance with your recruiter.
