France is one of Medicus focus markets for which we’re currently building a local team to further drive the expansion. We’re looking for you to join our growing team, to establish and adapt our communication and marketing channel, develop PR and marketing campaigns and support us in process optimization. Additionally, you’ll be able to gain exciting insights into the field of Business Intelligence.

 

Your responsibilities:

– Building from scratch and constantly adapting Medicus’ communication channels for the French and French-speaking markets

– Creating influential and appealing marketing materials, including visuals and content, such as for our website, press-releases, presentations, brochures, translations, and client offers

– Developing PR and marketing (web) campaigns, including the detailed planning, finding relevant partners, being responsible for the logistics, and overviewing the whole process

– Monitoring and evaluating the campaigns as well as directly reporting to our Managing Director France

– Organizing appealing events and being responsible for the whole process, from planning to final evaluation

– Realizing fair presence at several exhibitions to increase awareness, as well as representing Medicus personally onsite

-Optimizing our digital presence (SEO and more) so that it’s easy for clients to find and reach out to us

– Researching, organising and mapping information on relevant target industries, Medicus’ market positioning, and potential partners

 

Your profile:

– It’s not important what you’ve studied exactly, but that you love thinking holistically, outside the box if needed, and passionately of what Medicus stands for

– You enjoy working autonomously and taking on responsibilities with highly set goals

– You embrace challenges joyfully and approach them with a solution-oriented mind-set

– Your working manner is characterized by a highly structured as well as a rigorous approach but shows dynamic and flexibility whenever needed

– You’re a very out-going and communicative person who loves to build new relationships

– You are creative, love to come up with new ideas and don’t get stressed when there is a lot to monitor simultaneously

– Preferably, you’ve already gathered working experience in marketing and communication campaigns, the healthcare/ health tech/ digital health industry as well as some IT knowledge

– Your French and English is fluent (fluency in an additional language is a plus)

The DACH region is one of Medicus’ focus markets and we’re looking for you to grow our B2B market presence, set-up our Berlin office, and further build our business development and customer success management team.

Your responsibilities:

– Acquisition and account management of new and existing leads/clients, such as diagnostic laboratories, clinic chains, health insurance providers, and other health system relevant players in the DACH region

– Screening, selection, coordination, and support of go-to-market and distribution partners

– Attendance of business relevant events, conferences, pitches, and fairs

– Creating, implementing and improving scalable sales processes, tools & guidelines

– Support in setting up our Berlin office and building our DACH business development team

– Close collaboration with and support of our Head of European Operations in overall strategic matters, expansion & growth in Europe and marketing

Your profile:

– It’s not important what you’ve studied exactly, but that you love thinking holistically, outside the box if needed, and passionately of what Medicus stands for

– You have a strong understanding and advanced knowledge of the German, Swiss and/ or Austrian healthcare system, its mechanics, dynamics and relevant players

– Preferably you’ve gathered significant working experience in the healthcare/ health tech/ digital health industry already

– You embrace challenges joyfully, and approach them with a solution-oriented mind-set

– You have an outgoing attitude, interactive character and empathetic sense for your counterpart’s needs

– You’re almost obsessive when it comes to breaking things down, lean task management, setting up and following processes, and documenting everything under the sun

– Preferably you’ve built and/ or led a team before

– Your German and English is fluent (and the fluency in an additional language is a plus)
